Ocular Diagnostics

Ultra-widefield (UWF™) Retinal Imaging

This provides a detailed digital image of the retina which is used by the doctor to help observe and treat various diseases.

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

OCT is an imaging test that uses light waves to take cross-section pictures of your retina. These cross-sections show the various distinct layers of the retina which are used to map and measure their thickness. These measurements help your doctor diagnose and manage your treatment.

Visual Field

Visual Field testing is used to determine if there are any "blind spots" or areas in the peripheral (side) vision that is blocked. This test is used to rule out certain conditions such as glaucoma.

Electroretinogram (ERG)

ERG is an exam that is used to detect abnormal function of the retina. The testing provides the doctor with objective

measurements of macular and retina function.

Zeiss IOLMaster

The IOL Master provides detailed measurements of the eye's length, surface curvature, and corneal thickness and shape, which is used to determine the lens power to be used for cataract or intraocular lens (IOL) surgery.

Lipiscan and Lipiflow

This technology is used to diagnose and treat Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), which indicates an abnormality or blockage of the glands causing dry eyes.
